      We Ship Anywhere in India:

      Our fresh green teas are shipped directly from Japan to our warehouse in Tamilnadu, India weekly. Then, we ship all our fresh green tea to you from our warehouse in Tamilnadu using India Post via Speed Post Service. This shipping approach allows us to reliably ship fresh green tea speedily to your door without any international shipping involved after you order, and it also provides Cash On Delivery (COD) option for people who prefer not to use credit card online.

      Order Confirmation:

      Immediately after you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email - this indicates that your order has been registered in our secure system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.  The system automatically notifies our vendors so that they can start processing your order to be shipped. Our system tracks inventories in real-time.  In the rare occasion that the item is back-ordered or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email. If, within 5 business days, your items are available for shipment, we will process the charge and the order will be submitted for shipment.

      Damaged Goods:

      We do our best to ensure that you get your product in excellent shape, and it is our top priority that you are satisfied with each order.  However, things do happen, and your item may be damaged during the delivery process. Please inspect the package immediately after the item arrives or when signing for delivery.  If you notice any damage, please take picture of the damaged material and send us photos to Returns@JapaneseGreenTea.in.  We will make sure that you receive the replacement part as soon as possible.

      Missing Goods:

      If you notice any missing or damaged piece, please send us the information at Returns@JapaneseGreenTea.in

      Cancellations and Refunds:

      We understand that we all change our mind sometimes. So, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase at no cost.  We will simply refund you the full amount.  After 48 hours, cancellation is subject to a INR1000 administration fee whether the item has been shipped or not.  If your order is already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges, and your refund will be credited to your credit card which you originally used to place the order.       Price Guarantee Policy

      We strive to be the best online retailer of Japanese Green Tea products in India. Our partnership with the best Japanese green tea farms in Japan allow us to acquire their products at reasonable cost, which we transfer to our customers in form of lower prices. We want our customers to get the best price every time.

      If you find any other online store which sells the same item for a lower price within 6 months of the date of your purchase, please let us know, and we will be glad to match that price and refund you the difference. This is true for our store as well; if you find that our store is lowering the price on a product you purchased from us less than 6 months ago, we will refund you the difference. We want you to feel confidence that you are getting the best price.

      To request your partial refund, simply email us a link of the product whose price has been lowered and your order ID. We will process your request and credit your credit card accordingly.

      Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

      • Our Price Match Guarantee is applicable only to the item you purchased from our store. Additionally, the purchase must be completed before you can request the price match.
      • Promotions such as coupon, rebate, and buy-one-get-one-free offers are not eligible.
      • The item must be in stock on the competitor's site.
      • The competitor site must be an online retailer without a physical retail location.
